As a global intergovernmental organization, the United Nations needs to use standardized flags to convey its organizational image in various scenarios such as international conferences, aid projects, and overseas offices. It has extremely high requirements for the color accuracy, fabric durability, and process stability of the flags. The customization of large and small flags this time not only needed to match the UN’s official color system and fabric standards but also meet supporting needs such as cross-border distribution, compliant invoices, and qualification documents to ensure the standardized use of flags in different global scenarios. Therefore, it imposed extremely high standards on the cooperative factory’s production precision, compliance capabilities, and cross-border service experience.

To meet the strict tender requirements, Gahumi established a dedicated technical team: 1. In the color calibration process, high-precision color card comparison was adopted to ensure no deviation from the UN’s official colors; 2. For fabric selection, thick and qualified fabrics were carefully selected, and fabric certificates were obtained to ensure the durability of the flags; 3. A reinforcement process was applied in the sewing technique to prevent thread breakage, while each process was strictly recorded to ensure compliance with tender specifications.
Facing the difficulty of sample production, Gahumi deployed special large-scale machinery. Even for minor sewing modifications, new samples were recreated to ensure sample precision in line with mass production standards. In the cross-border shipment process, distribution plans for 3-5 countries were planned in advance, and a cargo traceability system was established to avoid sorting errors. Meanwhile, official invoices were issued as required, and a complete set of compliance documents was organized to ensure the entire process complied with UN procurement regulations.
